The workmanship of the metal ``giant ax'' made by a manufacturing company that is a hot topic on SNS is amazing

God Death Gear Metallization Project

Toda, CEO of Castem, saw a photo of the plastic God Death Gear posted on Takumi Kogei's SNS and was impressed by its sophisticated design. I thought. When I sent a message to Takumi Kogei, the person in charge immediately brought the God Death Gear and came to Castem. The two companies, who have a passion for manufacturing, immediately hit it off, and at the end of 2020, TAKUMIARMORY (Takumi Kogei's fantasy weapon modeling brand) started a weapon metalization project.

God Death Gear is a giant ax over 2m in length. The tough ax blade is about 1m. Thickness is 5.5cm. It is an original design that is particular about craftsmanship, with countless gears (gears) inside the ax blade. At Castem, in making this giant ax metal, we didn't just duplicate it, but made it more realistic, practical, and playful. While maintaining the power of the giant ax blade, we designed and developed it to be lightweight so that it can be held as a weapon even if it is metalized, and it can be disassembled into four parts so that it can be easily carried to exhibition events. In addition, the gear part, which was only a decoration in the design, was made to move with a clicking and metallic sound when the handle attached to the handle is turned. More than 40 drawings and more than 200 parts were designed for this purpose. Each one is elaborately manufactured using Castem precision casting technology and assembled accurately to complete a metal God Death Gear with a total length of about 2.3m and a weight of 31kg. It has become a masterpiece that brings together the collective strength of Castem, who seriously enjoys manufacturing.
